We began by identifying individual stressors through interviews, observations of sleep posture, body alignment, and eye movements, along with physiological measurements to map a stress profile. This profile became the foundation for targeted interventions and highlighted the direct impact of the Renaissons Method on recovery and performance.

Our process

Rather than relying on assumptions, we grounded every insight in real-world data gathered during actual performance and travel conditions. This allowed us to identify unseen stressors and understand how intensity, light exposure, and rest patterns interacted in his daily rhythm.
