Renaissons Sessions work with all headphones. You can start immediately and integrate your routine into your daily life. For optimal results, we recommend high-quality over-ear headphones with noise-cancelling. This ensures you get the necessary quiet and that the underlying acoustic frequencies can fully affect your neural system.
If you plan to use Renaissons Sessions while traveling or in noisy environments—e.g., on trains or airplanes—noise-cancelling will be extremely beneficial.
